My Journey
My interest in psychology began at the age of 16, when I discovered a passion for understanding people and supporting others through meaningful work.

My own lived experiences have deepened my empathy and perspective, allowing me to connect with clients and hold space for their unique stories.

Who I Support
I provide therapy for youth, young adults, and adults, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds including LGBTQ+, Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities. I also work with students, professionals, and offer family sessions for youth aged 12-16 if it is a part of their goal for therapy.
Youth & Teens (Ages 12–18)
Building trust and connection is central to my work with youth and teens. I provide a supportive environment to navigate anxiety, academic pressure, and peer relationships. Together, we develop emotional regulation skills and resilience, helping young people navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
Adults (Ages 19+)
I provide a collaborative space for adults to explore life's challenges and work toward personalized goals. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, burnout, and significant life transitions. Our sessions focus on building self-awareness and resilience, offering practical tools for a more balanced life.
Work Professionals
Work takes up a lot of our day and the hours spent there can be stressful; whether related to the job at hand or working in a team, meeting deadlines or having workplace performance anxiety, to name a few. I create a safe space and support clients in exploring supports that can be helpful and strategic. I help individuals understand who they are and to develop a sense of self in the workplace.
Inclusive & Culturally Responsive Care
My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive approach, creating a space where all individuals feel safe, respected, and supported. I strive to foster a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences authentically and feel empowered in their healing and growth journey.
Wherever you are in your journey, therapy can be a space to feel understood, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
